  Enjoyed two nights stay here. Hotel is a little dated but everything is clean an comfortable. Decent location on Esplanade and downtown is a short walk away. Wifi works well throughout the building. Kettle and fridge in room. Free beach towels from reception. The only minor issue is that the safe doesn't work in our room, and also looks way too old...

  Brilliant! I stayed here, from the UK, for 5 weeks whilst on a course, it was a real pleasure to stay here and enjoyed every week, nothing was too much trouble, staff extremely helpful especially as my luggage was delayed a week. They also gave great advice on what to do, day trips or half days etc. The food was delicious, I couldn't fault it at all. Thank you for making it a memorable 5 weeks in Cairns!

  We have just stayed for four nights and received some of the best service we have ever had. Courteous, helpful and the team did absolutely everything within their power to be hospitable. The rooms are getting a little bit dated but the customer service outweighed everything else.
