  Not horrible, nothing spectacular about it either. A fair amount of shops supporting it. Does offer online shopping pickup and one of the few in cairns that do.

  Coles, DFO is very friendly store and I like doing my grocery shopping there. I get a little annoyed sometimes like today eg when the pkt's of continental soups have been moved, almost hidden, always on bottom now on top shelf!!. The deli had two people serving. They were run of there feet, poor dears they did not even have time to replace empty trays. I saw a manager appear and watched him tell them to make the Deli display look better. It is like the checkouts which are closed and people have to wait in line that do not like the self service. won't be long before Robots run the store.

  I use Coles at DFO, Westcourt to order groceries for both home delivery and click and collect. The staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service.

  good easy to get to and friendly staff. the same staff have been there for over 10 years so always nice to go in and see their smiling faces. Generally a good produce section and easy to get in and out quickly.
