We found a piece of glass in our food that my mom almost ate. We told the waitress, she took the glass and acted like nothing ever happened. We then had to call the manager who didn't apologize and rudely said: " so what do you want". We understand that accidents do happen, but if they handled it better and actually owned up to it.

My boyfriend and I came here for our last night in Cairns and fell in love with the food, service, and view. Such a great value for the price and still great food. Highly recommend coming here :) Great customer service! We'll be back when we return to Cairns next.
