Shelley is very cheerful and takes the time to chat to patrons. The smells are amazing - coffee and chocolate! We have been loyal customers since our arrival in Cairns early 2016, and have never been disappointed. The prices are definitely reasonable and Shelley never shies away from offering samples, knowing that once you've tried it, you'll buy it! Our friends have now also got to know Coffeeworks and they agree it is the best place to get coffee and chocolates - great products, great prices and great service!

Absolute Top Class customer service from Shelly. First time visit to buy my own coffee and greeted with a very friendly smile and great advice on Coffee. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! The chocolate is Absolutely Amazing too, especially the coconut white chocolate one.
